These terms explain how the 90 Away promotional website and its waiting list work. They are not the terms for the upcoming app.

The website and the app
You can browse this website free of charge. It introduces the project and lets you receive launch news. You cannot create an app account, buy a service or subscribe to Premium here. Terms for the app and any purchases will be provided before you use or subscribe to them.
Joining the waiting list
Use an email address you control and tick the consent box if you want to receive our updates. Signing up lets you receive the welcome email and launch information. It is not a purchase or a paid subscription, and it does not guarantee early access or an availability date.
Staying in control of your emails
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our messages or by contacting us. Reading these terms does not replace or extend your specific consent to receive emails.
Demos and pricing
The profiles, rankings, points and visits shown in the demos are fictional examples. The website’s simulators do not record visits in the app or award real points. Features and prices shown before launch are indicative; final terms will be provided when they become available.
Using the website responsibly
Do not use the forms to sign someone else up without their consent, send spam, disrupt the service or bypass its protections. Respect other people’s rights and applicable law. Abusive access and requests may be restricted to protect the service.
Content and external links
Text, images, logos and other content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Their presence does not grant a general right to reuse them; uses permitted by law remain possible. External websites have their own rules. The presence of brands or clubs does not imply a partnership.
Availability and information
We take care to maintain the website’s quality and correct errors brought to our attention. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or technical reasons. You can report a problem by email. These terms do not exclude any liability or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your personal data
Our privacy notice explains the data used, service providers, retention periods and your rights. Reading these terms does not authorise any additional use of your data.

The version applicable to the website is dated on this page. Changes will be published here, without retrospective effect or automatically changing your email consent. For questions or disputes, contact us first. Mandatory protections and the applicable rules on court jurisdiction remain in effect.
